Service for on demand vehicle is subject to the availability of the type of vehicle sought by the customer/rider at any given time.
All pre-booked trips are subject to confirmation. Generic booking information is not a confirmation. MyRickshaw admin staff or its agents will confirm the bookings by way of email/phone/SMS message/phone call.
Customers must call our call centre 098493000 after 5 minutes of not receiving the scheduled service to check the eta.
MyRickshaw guarantees the confirmed bookings (pre-booked) under normal business conditions in its control. It’s is not liable for any delays caused by weather conditions, accidents, heavy or peak hour traffic, road works and any other reasons beyond its control. MyRichshaw is only liable for any fare difference paid by the customer, if any, with copy of receipt presented.
Liability is limited to $200.00 or the taxi fare, whichever is the lower.
MyRickshaw reserves the right to engage any of their service providers, so called our partners in service arrangement’s to provide passenger transport service on their behalf.
On demand Cancelled trips will be charged $10.00.
Both parties have right to cancel the bookings with subject to above conditions.
In instances where fare calculator generates fares which are incorrect meaning too high or too low then MyRickshaw has the right to moderate the fare according to its fare structure at the time.
By booking a ride you authorise us to charge you at the completion of the ride. Charge can be form of cash, credit card or approved credit account.
Where there is a service failure riders must give MyRickshaw an opportunity to correct and mitigate the service failure so our service can be improved/fine tuned.
MYRickshaw App platform is used by the approved members including Budget Taxis, Diamond Cabs and Waiheke Express Waiheke.
Airport Toll, Road toll and Parking fee is charged in addition to taxi fare where applicable.
